With a background in nursing and a Master's in Social Work from USC, I bring a unique perspective and understanding to the healing process. I moved to the USA in my early 20s, and it was there that I fell in love with the study of psychology and the human mind. I've honed my skills by working in community mental health and as a paid intern at Motion Pictures and Television Funds (MPTF), where I've helped individuals and couples work through a variety of life challenges, including depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, and trauma.

My approach is tailored to each individual or couple I work with, drawing from a range of evidence-based methods such as CBT, PST, IFS Parts Work, and PACT informed therapy. For those struggling with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, I utilize CBT and PST to help you achieve your goals. For those who have experienced trauma, I use the Brainspotting method to support your healing journey. The IFS Parts Work helps you connect with your inner self and understand your feelings, while PACT informed therapy helps couples communicate and work together in a more collaborative way.
